Refund policy

You may return your order (once accepted by us) within 28 days of delivery of the product. You must give us written notice by post or email. Any refunds will be refunded via source of payment (excluding any postage costs incurred by Charmed Interiors). All cancelled items must be returned to us in perfect condition, unused and with all original packing. We are happy to exchange or refund if the product is considered faulty by Charmed Interiors, you will incur no return postage costs else the above conditions apply.

Exclusions from Returns and Refund Policy

Made to Measure Curtains, Blinds, Order Only Products including Readymade Curtains, Curtain Accessories, Curtain Poles and Cushions,

Quilts, Pillows, Mattress Protectors and Mattress Toppers are exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons

This does not effect your statutory rights.
