The information collected through our enquiry form will only be used for the reasons detailed along side the form. The submissions through our enquiry form will be stored. If you purchase products directly from The Company, your contact information and a transaction history will be kept. We may use the contact information to inform you about the status of your order, as well as to let you know about upcoming products or services.
We collect personal information in order to process the purchase transaction. Purchase transaction information will not be shared outside The Company. Transaction information may be kept indefinitely in order to keep business records in order to comply with legal requirements. You can contact us by emailing or calling in order to request your information be erased, however in order to maintain our business records we may only be able to remove parts of your information.

Delivery is Free by FedEx or Royal Mail. Our approximate delivery time is usually within 3-5 working days. These prices are for mainland UK only, additional charges apply for other areas.
Trade Descriptions Act
Every care has been taken to ensure that the colour, descriptions and measurements are correct when published, all specifications and dimensions are approximate and whilst we have taken every effort to reproduce colour accurately, there may be slight colour variation. Some products are made of natural fibres and may vary slightly from the products pages displayed.
Returns & Refunds
You may return your order (once accepted by us) within 28 days of delivery of the product. You must give us written notice by post or email. Any refunds will be refunded via source of payment (excluding any postage costs incurred by Charmed Interiors). All cancelled items must be returned to us in perfect condition, unused and with all original packing. We are happy to exchange or refund if the product is considered faulty by Charmed Interiors, you will incur no return postage costs else the above conditions apply.
