Stock availability and Stock to order

Stock held and orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are usually delivered the next working day.

Stock to order is clearly highlighted and is usually ordered direct via the supplier and sent out via their courier, orders are usually delivered within 3-7 working days Monday to Friday (Not including Bank Holidays).

Black Friday Events

Purchases made using the discount code for the Black Friday Event can not be used with any other discount codes or offer codes, customers must use the code at the checkout to obtain the discount.

Christmas Deliveries 2026

Last day for ordering to receive before the 25th December 2026 will be Tuesday 22nd December 2026 before 2pm, any orders received after 2pm on Monday 22nd December 2026 can not be guaranteed for delivery before 25th December 2025.

Orders placed on the 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th of December 2026 ordered before 2pm will be despatched on 30th December 2026.

Orders placed on the 30th December 2026 after 2pm will be processed for delivery on the 4nd January 2026.

All ORDER ONLY products ordered after 15th December 2025 can not be guaranteed delivery before 25th December 2025, and may not be despatched until the 2nd January 2026.

Free Pillowcase Pair

When purchasing a Duvet Set on Selected Ranges you will receive 1 Pillowcase Pair.

The promotion is automatically processed so no need to add the products to the basket, if you return the Duvet Set for a refund the Pillowcase Pair must be returned as part of the promotion.

The free gift cannot be refunded or credited in exchange for a different item.

Delivery for Mainland UK

Our deliveries are normally delivered by DPD Local complete with tracking number.

Delivery is FREE of charge, when you spend £20 or more, for the majority of UK postcodes.

A postage and packing charge of £3.95 applies to orders under £20.

Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are usually delivered the next working day (Not including Bank Holidays).

A delivery charge of £19.95 will be applicable. Deliveries may take longer than usual due to Brexit.

Delivery in Europe

Due to Brexit we regret that we are currently not able to offer delivery to Europe. We will continue to monitor the situation and will update the website if delivery becomes possible again.

Delivery Fees

Whilst we charge UK VAT on orders as required, we are not liable for any fees charged by custom officials on orders or deliveries outside the UK Mainland.

Returns Policy

You may return your order (once accepted by us) within 28 days of delivery of the product.

Any refunds will be refunded via source of payment (excluding any postage costs incurred by Charmed Interiors). All cancelled items must be returned to us in perfect condition, unused and with all original packing, the sender will pay any costs relating to returning items back for refunds.

We are happy to exchange or refund if the product is considered faulty by Charmed Interiors, you will incur no return postage costs else the above conditions apply.

Exclusions from Returns and Refund Policy

Made to Measure Curtains, Blinds, Order Only Products including Duvet Sets including Design Port, Readymade Curtains, Curtain Accessories, Curtain Poles and Cushions,

Quilts, Pillows, Mattress Protectors and Mattress Enhancers are exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons

This does not effect your statutory rights.

Extended Christmas Returns 2025

Purchases made after 30th November 2025 can be returned until 31st January 2026. You may return your order (once accepted by us) within 28 days of delivery of the product.
